FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

When can I expect my pet bed to be delivered?

The Elegant Pet Boutique custom-crafts each of the pet beds, so it takes approximately three-to-four weeks for delivery from the time your order is placed and confirmed.  Please be patient, the quality and selection are worth the wait.

For other product selections, delivery is normally within ten (10) days.  Please remember that delivery time frames are “estimated.”  We do our best to expedite shipments, but we can not guarantee the amount of time it will require each manufacturer to complete your order.  In the event of any delays, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Regrettably, we do not ship outside of the continental U.S., except for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

How do I place a custom order?

For custom orders, you can contact us at customersvc@elegantpetboutique.com and we will be happy to work with you or your Interior Decorator to create a unique selection that meets your specific needs.  You can also reach us at 704-373-2037.

How do I send fabric for a custom order?

After your customer order has been placed and confirmed, you may mail your fabric to our mailing address: PO Box 43020, Charlotte, NC 28215.  We encourage you to obtain insurance for your fabric at the time of shipment.

Since the pet beds are upholstered, how do I clean them?

We recommend spot-cleaning with a light upholstery cleaner like Woolite,  or dry cleaning only. When spot-cleaning, always test a small spot on the upholstery fabric in an inconspicuous area before actually cleaning the entire bed just to be sure the fabric won’t be damaged by cleaning.

What should I do if my order is damaged through shipment?

We encourage our customers to always inspect their merchandise upon receipt. If damage is noted, please retain the original packaging for return shipment.  You must call us in advance of mailing for a Return Authorization Number.  All returns must be made within ten (10) days of package receipt, and must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number to ensure that a refund is provided.  Return shipments should be mailed to: The Elegant Pet Boutique, PO Box 43020, Charlotte, NC 28202.

How do I get my personal information updated?
