Our designs are professionally crafted and upholstered to provide you with a high quality product that is delivered to you in excellent condition. We fully guarantee all products against manufacturer’s defects in material and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if a customer returns one of our products due to defects, please contact our Customer Service department at 704-770-6700 by email: customerservice@elegantpetboutique.com for instructions on product replacement or credit for returned merchandise. Wholesale Accounts Wholesale accounts can access the website by setting up password protected accounts online. Wholesale Discounts Single Bed – 8% of List Price 3-6 beds – 13% of List Price 7 beds or more – 18% of List Price These discount rates apply when no other promotional offerings are available online. Beds must be ordered in the quantities stated to receive product discounts listed above. Business Customer Orders Orders can be placed on EPB order form and faxed to (704) 749-9495. Wholesale Product Pricing All wholesalers/retailers are encouraged to sell the products at the Suggested Retail Prices. However, retailers are free to set their pricing at any rate they choose. Shipping & Returns We process customer orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX service and take approximately two-to-three weeks for shipments to the continental US. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being “returned to shipper” will be charged for shipping fees. Only items in new and unused condition will be refunded (less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee). We also recommend that you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. Shipment charges for returned merchandize are not refundable. We do not accept returns and exchanges for custom made orders or sale items. Freight damage or product defects must be reported within five days of receipt of your order. Shipping Charges Refer to website for shipping rates. Damage Caused by Pets Our products are very durable, and well constructed, but they are not indestructible. We are sorry, but we can not be responsible for items that have been ruined by destructive pets. EPB Pictures for Websites If you have a specific image requests, please contact us for an Image Release Form which must be signed and returned to EPB to be granted permission to carry EPB pictures on your website. Any unauthorized reproduction of EPB pictures is strictly prohibited. All pictures will be watermarked with the display name Elegant Pet Boutique or “EPB”.
